Outlets in kitchen above counter within 6ft of sink are GFCI but not tamper resistant. Must be both GFCI and TR or covered with a blank plate. Outlet in bathroom is GFCI but not tamper resistant. The same applies to this outlet. The automatic shutters on the kitchen island outlet was in the open position the day of your inspection. Please replace all electrical outlet covers that are no longer closing automatically.
